Joe Fermano grew up in Paulsboro, NJ, the first child born to first generation parents of Italian immigrants. After graduating from Rowan University he explored multiple entrepreneurial avenues, including working on both the Philadelphia, PA, and New York Wall Street stock exchanges. Joe achieved remarkable success in the financial services field helping people attain and maintain financial security. His career on Wall Street as an advisor with a major investment banking firm afforded him the wonderful opportunity to interact with people of every background imaginable. He credits his success – reaching the top one percent of his industry – to a pure and simple formula of “discipline and attitude.”

Ultimately, however, it was his desire to help and educate others in all expects of life that lead Joe to a career beyond financial advising.
Joe brings over 30 years of experience of helping others achieve success through positive and proven methods.

Joe’s objective to help people via his book and his Quote of the day… “Daily Dose” program gained laser-like focus in 1999, with the birth of his first child. Wanting to be the best example he could for his children, he made serving others his life mission. As a husband and father, Joe’s commitment to helping people help themselves is rooted in his love of humanity and life. His motto is clear and uncomplicated:  “Life is simple, you get what you give.”

Joe resides in New Jersey with his wife and three children who keep him busy as a chauffeur, little league baseball and basketball coach, and School Board Chair.
